Overview
Zions Bancorporation allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through Business Digital Banking, where a Customer System Administrator (CSA) can add a new User with their own login credentials, choose which accounts they can access, and define what they are allowed to see and do. You will be setting up a User that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.Bank terminology

Setup steps
1. Navigate to user management

Choose if the User will have Full or Custom Entitlement. For restricted access, select
Custom Entitlement and select Next.Set Custom Access for each Business Digital Banking account. Select the accounts this User should access.4. Configure permissions

Allow User Management. If Dual Authorization is enabled for the business, use the toggles to select any approval categories you want the User to be able to approve.5. Finalize

Review the setup and click the submit button to complete. If approval is required, CSAs with permission to approve must approve the new User.
Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
