Overview

Lloyds Banking Group allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a Delegate User or View-Only User. This is done through Online for Business, where you can easily add business partners and employees with peace of mind. You can choose who has access to your accounts and what level of access they have.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Log in to Online for Business.Select Admin then the Your business tab.
In People in your business and signing rules select Add signatory or Manage in the People in your business section.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Add or remove online access to specific accounts and cards.
Select the right level of access for each user. Choose from the available preset roles:
  • Delegate User: Can view statements, check balances, pay bills, transfer money, and set up individual payment limits.
  • View-Only User: Can view statements and check balances, but cannot make payments.
Complete the setup by clicking the confirmation button.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Only existing signatories on your business can register as Full Access Users online.
Full Access and Delegate Users can make payments online without approval from other users. If you want online payments to require the approval of multiple users, you should consider setting up Online Payment Controls. View-Only Users cannot make payments.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
