Overview
Laurentian Bank of Canada allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a user. This is done through the LBC e-Flex platform, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials and assign specific transaction limits. You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Assign the appropriate roles and limits for the user. Every user will have two distinct limits within LBC e-Flex: a transaction creation limit and a transaction approval limit. Set these as appropriate for the user’s role.
Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
