Overview

Western Alliance Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a delegated user in Business Online Banking. This allows a user to securely access account data and perform authorized actions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Business Online Banking.Locate the user management section (often under Administration or Settings) to manage users.
Click the button to add a user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Assign the appropriate access rights and permissions for the user as required by your business needs.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
