Overview

Ameris Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an authorized user. This is done through Business Online Banking, where you can assign access privileges to individuals who need to securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Business Online Banking.Navigate to the user administration section to add a new user.
Click the button to add a user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Assign the appropriate access privileges and transaction limits for the user.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
