Overview

Hancock Whitney Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a subuser. This is done through Business Online Banking, where you can give others their own username and password to log in and control their access to accounts and what actions they can perform.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

From the main menu, go to: Accounts & ServicesSubuser Administration.
Click the button to add a new subuser.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
On the “Subuser Administration” page, select Entitlements next to the subuser’s name.Select entitlements to determine which accounts the subuser can see and what functions they can perform.

Set the subuser’s profile to Active to complete the setup.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
