Overview
First Horizon Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a new user. This is done through BusinessConnect, where you can add a user with their own login credentials, choose which accounts they can access, and define what they are allowed to see and do. You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Under the Other User Information section, select

Under the Permissions heading, place a checkmark in the boxes by the specific permissions desired or click the

In the Assign Accounts section, either mark the
Assign All Accounts box or click in the blank field and select the specific account(s) desired.5. Finalize and approve

Click
Add User to save the new profile.A new user record must be approved before it can be fully used. In the User Maintenance widget, find the new user, click the View actions drop-down, and click Approve.Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
