Overview

WesBanco Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a user. This is done through WesBanco CashFlow Connect, where you can:
  • add a new user with their own login credentials
  • choose which accounts they can access
  • define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances or initiating payments
You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to WesBanco CashFlow Connect.From the top navigation, go to: AdministrationCompany AdministrationManage users
Click Create new user.Enter the user’s details:
FieldNotes
User IDA unique user identification number that is at least four alphanumeric characters.
First nameThe user’s first name.
Last nameThe user’s last name.
Primary e-mail addressRequired for communications.
Country/RegionSelect from the dropdown.
Area/City Code And Local NumberThe telephone number.
PasswordRequired.
Confirm PasswordRequired.
Phone TypeSelect the phone type.
ExtensionOptional.
Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Click the Add link beside the service to entitle and select the accounts to entitle.
This must be done for each account individually. If skipped, the user will not see any accounts.

The above example corresponds to read only functionality. If you want to enable Waycore to draft transactions on the portal, you should enable payments, approvals, and limits correspondingly.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
For companies that require multiple approvals for Administration, clicking Submit submits the user profile for approval by other Administrators in the company.
If Secure Token is enabled, a token device will be requested for the user once the setup is completed and saved. The user will not be able to sign on to the system until they receive and activate the token.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
