How to create and configure an authorized user in Pictet Connect.

Overview

Pictet allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a delegated user.

This is done through Pictet Connect, where you can securely provide account access to additional users. Because Pictet primarily serves wealth management and asset services, self-service user management may be restricted, and you may need to contact your relationship manager.

Setup steps

1. Contact your relationship manager

Due to the nature of Pictet’s wealth management services, self-service user creation may not be available in Pictet Connect.

Contact your Pictet relationship manager to request the addition of a new user.

2. Provide user details

Enter the required details as prompted by the interface or requested by your relationship manager.

Important notes

Pictet Connect primarily serves wealth management and asset services. Specific business banking self-service user management features may require contacting your relationship manager to set up sub-users.

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.

Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
