Overview

Bank of Hope allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a Sub User. This is done through Business Online Banking, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials and assign them a specific role that defines their permissions and account access.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Business Online Banking.From the top navigation, select Settings and then click Manage Users.
Click the Add User button.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface:

User RoleSelect the appropriate role
Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Review the setup and click Save New User Details to complete.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned within the selected User Role, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
