Overview

State Street Bank and Trust Company allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an authorized user. This process is managed within the Cash Management portal, where administrators can configure access levels and permissions for their team members.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to the Cash Management portal. Navigate to the user management section to begin adding a new user.
Click the button to add a user. Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Select the appropriate access level and permissions for the new user as prompted by the interface.
Review the setup and click the confirmation button to complete the process.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Ensure security with dual control for ACH functions, which may require a second administrator to approve.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
