How to create and configure an authorized user in WAFD Treasury Express.

Overview

Washington Federal Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a sub-user in WAFD Treasury Express.

You will be setting up a sub-user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login. This process is managed by your Online Administrator.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to WAFD Treasury Express.

Navigate to the user administration section to manage sub-users.

2. Create user

Initiate the process to add a new sub-user.

Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

3. Configure permissions

Set the appropriate access levels and limitations for the sub-user. Select the roles or specific permissions as required by your business needs.

4. Approve new user access

If Dual Control is enabled, have a separate Online Administrator verify and approve the new user access before it becomes active.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.

Dual Control may be required to verify and approve the creation of a new user or assignment of permissions.

Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
