Overview

City National Bank of Florida allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through ePartner, where you can add a new user and assign them a specific role that dictates their access levels and permissions. Note that in ePartner, account access and permissions are defined within the “User Role” rather than on the individual user directly.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

From your ePartner dashboard, click on Administration and select Manage Users.
Click Add User.
Enter the required details as prompted by the interface and assign the appropriate User Role.
Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Click Save New User Details to finish.

Important notes

Any users that have both the rights of ‘Manage Users’ and ‘Manage User Roles’ Enabled, Constitute an Administrator for the purpose of the Electronic Services Terms & Conditions. Ensure you do not grant these rights unless intended.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
