How to create and configure an authorized user in Fifth Third Direct.

Overview

Fifth Third Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a Guest User. This is done through Fifth Third Direct, where you can add a new user and assign them to your accounts.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Fifth Third Direct.

Navigate to the Infopool section.

2. Create user

Click on Guest User to add a new user to the account.

Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

3. Assign account access

Assign the appropriate account access to the new user.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.

Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
