How to create and configure an authorized user in CaixaBankNow.

Overview

CaixaBank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an usuario apoderado (authorized user).

This is done through CaixaBankNow, where you can set up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to CaixaBankNow.

Navigate to the user management section.

2. Create user

Click the button to add a new user.

Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

3. Configure permissions

Set the appropriate permissions for the user.

4. Finalize

Review the setup and click the confirmation button to complete.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.

To add a new authorized user online, you may first need to deliver the company’s notarized power of attorney (poderes notariales) to a CaixaBank branch.

Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
