Overview

VersaBank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Authorized Representative. This is done through VersaBank Online Banking, where an Administrator can appoint an Authorized Representative to access the Commercial Banking Services on behalf of the company.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to VersaBank Online Banking.Navigate to the user management section within Commercial Banking Services.
Initiate the process to add a new Authorized Representative.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Select the appropriate access level and permissions for the Authorized Representative as prompted by the interface.

Important notes

Authorized Representatives will need to set up a Secure Access Code (SAC) via text or voice call.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
