Overview

Busey Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through Business Access, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials, choose which accounts they can access, and define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances or initiating payments.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

From the left navigation menu, select User Management.
Click Add New User.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface:

Activation DateAccept current date or select a future date

Click Next to proceed.
In the Assigning Service Entitlements section, check the Select All checkbox to assign all Core Services, Payment Services, and Other Services entitlements, or select them individually.Under the Account Level Permissions tab, check the checkboxes corresponding to each account you want to assign entitlements to. Check the boxes in the appropriate columns if you want to assign Internal Transfers, Account Reporting, Loan Options, Wire Transfers, or Stop Payment Permissions.Click Next to proceed.
In the Assigning Limits section, set the transaction limits for the user. You can choose to Defer to customer limits or set new limits manually for ACH, Transfers, Wire Transfers, and Loans.Click Next to proceed.
Review the details and entitlements on the Summary screen.Click Save to complete. The new user will appear in the User Management list.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
