How to create and configure an authorized user in Ma Banque Entreprise.

Overview

BNP Paribas allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an utilisateur.

This is done through Ma Banque Entreprise, where an Administrateur can manage the setup. You will be creating a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions based on the specific rights you assign.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Ma Banque Entreprise.

Navigate to the user management section to manage your users.

2. Create user

Click the button to add a new user.

Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.

3. Configure access and permissions

Select the accounts this user should access and assign the appropriate permissions.

The above example corresponds to read-only functionality. If you want to enable Waycore to draft transactions on the portal, you should enable payments, approvals, and limits correspondingly.

4. Finalize setup

Review the setup and click the confirmation button to complete.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.

You may need a 3SKey or physical token to finalize user creation or approve new users.

Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
