Overview

Wealth One Bank of Canada allows you to grant access to your accounts by designating an Authorized Person or setting up Third party access. Third party access is given to clients who need assistance with managing their Account. You will need to provide the appropriate authorization directly to the bank.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to WealthONE Online Banking and locate the user administration or third party access section.
Initiate the process to add a new user. Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Review the configuration and click the confirmation button to complete.

Important notes

Wealth One Bank of Canada’s terms indicate that Third party access may require providing appropriate authorization directly to the bank, and Business Accounts require Authorized Persons to be verified during account opening. Self-serve delegated user creation via the portal may be limited or unavailable.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
