Overview

Seacoast National Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Authorized User. This is done through Seacoast Business Online Banking, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials, choose which accounts they can access, and define their permissions.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Seacoast Business Online Banking.From the top navigation, go to the Administration menu and select Manage Users.
Click to add a user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Select the accounts this user should access and assign the appropriate permissions.
Seacoast Bank allows you to manage employee access to accounts at the individual user or role level.
Review the setup and click to save or complete the process.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Seacoast Bank recommends the use of multi-user security (dual control) such that separate Authorized Users enter transactions and transmit transactions to the Bank.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
