Overview

EverBank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through Business Online Banking, where the Company Administrator can add a new User, assign accounts, and set service permissions to each User without sharing primary login credentials.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Business Online Banking.Navigate to the user administration section to add a new user.
Click the button to add a user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Assign the accounts this user should access.
Set the service permissions for the user.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
