Overview

Rogers Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Authorized User or Supplementary Cardholder. This is done through Rogers Bank online or the Rogers Bank Mobile App, where you can request a supplementary card for authorized users at no charge. The Authorized Level 1 user has full access to the account and can make changes, while Authorized Level 2 users have more restricted access.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to your Rogers Bank account online.Click Manage card.Under Request supplementary cards, click Add user.
Click Add a new cardholder.Follow the instructions and enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

Important notes

Rogers Bank primarily offers credit card products rather than full-suite business checking/savings accounts. Authorized user features are geared towards supplementary cardholders.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
