Overview
NBT Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a Sub-User. This is done through NBT Digital Banking, where you can:- add a new user with their own login credentials
- choose which accounts they can access
- define what they are allowed to see and do by assigning basic service roles

Setup steps
1. Navigate to user management

On the right side of the Sub-Users Administration screen, click the
I want to drop-down menu and select Add A New Sub-User.Enter the user’s details:| Field | Notes |

Under the “Access to Accounts” section, select an access level from the
Basic Services drop-down for every account listed (e.g., Inquiry, Transfer In, Transfer Out).4. Finalize
