Overview

In Online Business Banking, you can grant access to your accounts by setting up a delegate. This allows you to securely share access with an accountant, partner, or staff member without sharing your primary login credentials. Delegates are assigned a specific status that determines whether they can only view information or if they can also initiate transactions.
