Overview
Groupe BPCE allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an utilisateur. This is done through Cyberplus Entreprise, where you can set up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.Bank terminology

Setup steps
1. Navigate to user management

Select the new user from the list of names appearing on the screen.
The user must be previously registered by your bank advisor. If they do not appear, contact your advisor to complete this prerequisite.

Verify the personal data and fill in the email if it is missing.

Choose how to assign rights to the user. You can adopt a profile approach, copy rights from an existing user, or assign custom rights.If using a profile, select one of the following:
- Profil dirigeant: All consultation, management, and validation rights.
- Profil comptable: Consultation rights only.
- Profil préparateur: Consultation and management rights (no validation).
- Profil valideur: Consultation, management, and validation rights.
