How to create and configure an authorized user in Questbank Business.

Overview

Questbank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Authorized User.

This is done through Questbank Business, where you can securely set up a user to access account data without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Questbank Business.

From the top navigation, go to: Administration → User Management

2. Create user

Click Add User.

Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

3. Configure permissions

Select the appropriate permissions for the user.

4. Finalize

Review the setup and click Submit to complete.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.

Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
