Overview
Banco Santander allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a new user in the Santander Treasury Link portal. This process enables your Client Administrator to securely provide access to specific accounts, functionality, and data services that have been provisioned by Santander. By creating a dedicated user, you ensure that team members can initiate transactions and view balances without sharing primary login credentials.Bank terminology

Setup steps
1. Navigate to user management

Click the option to Add User.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

Assign the user’s entitlements and rights. This includes granting access to specific accounts and functionality.

The above example corresponds to read-only functionality. If you want to enable Waycore to draft transactions on the portal, you should enable payments, approvals, and limits correspondingly.

Review the settings and complete the user creation.The new user will receive an email with a temporary password and will be forced to change it at their first log in.
Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
