How to create and configure an authorized user in BBVA Net Cash.

Overview

BBVA allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an usuario.

This is done through BBVA Net Cash, where you can generate new users with different powers, giving you more control over daily operations. You can create profiles tailored to the daily activities each person performs.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Log in to BBVA Net Cash.

From the menu, click Administración y control, then click the submenu Administración de usuarios.

2. Create user

Click nuevo usuario.

Enter the required details:

Código de usuario	8 to 10 alphanumeric characters
Nombre completo del usuario	30 alphanumeric characters
Correo electrónico	80 alphanumeric characters (must be confirmed)
Contraseña	8 to 10 alphanumeric characters
Número telefónico	10 numeric characters
Administrador	Select Sí or No. If Sí, select the validation power (e.g., Sin poderes, Solidario - Indistinto, Mancomunado)
Tipo de firma	Select No firmante or Firmante (Apoderado)
Dispositivo de seguridad	Select the assigned device

Accept the “Política de datos personales” and click Continuar.

3. Configure permissions

You can assign services in three ways:

• Copiar la configuración de asignación de otro usuario: Select an existing user to copy their profile. You can choose to copy Servicios y firmas or just Servicios.
• Asignar todo lo contratado: Associates all services and matters of the reference to the user. Select the signing power (from Solidario to Mancomunado 4).

Click Continuar.

4. Validate and finalize

To validate the administrative operation, enter:

• Clave de operaciones: The user’s operation key.
• Clave ASD: The key of the device assigned to the user.

Click the Validar button to complete the user creation. The user will be in “Pendiente de activar” status.

Important notes

You must be an administrator with powers and available devices in your reference, otherwise you will not be permitted to create users.

Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
