Overview

bunq allows you to share your Business account with your employees or bookkeeper using Shared Access. This grants them access to specific bank accounts with either full or limited permissions.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to account settings

Go to Home in the bunq app.Select the Bank Account you want your employee to access.Tap on Settings.Tap on Granted Access To.
Tap on Grant Access.Choose the user to invite. Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Adjust the access level for the employee.Select either Full access or Limited access based on the permissions you wish to grant.

Important notes

Shared Access is based on a payment account, so you cannot give access to your overall Business profile. For full profile access, you must add them as a Co-Founder.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
