Overview
ING Group allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Endorsee (authorised person) (Dutch: Gemachtigde). This is done through Mijn ING Zakelijk, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials and choose what they are allowed to see and do. You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Click the button to add a new user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

Select the account or accounts this user should access.

Select the appropriate role for the user:
Gemachtigde zonder betalingsbevoegdheid(Endorsee without payment authorisation) for read-only access.Gemachtigde met betalingsbevoegdheid(Endorsee with payment authorisation) if you want to enable the user to draft and approve transactions.

Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
