Overview
Commerzbank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an authorized signatory / entitled person. This is done through the Corporate Banking Portal, where you can assign an Admin-function to manage powers of attorney and permissions, or use the online service to assign new powers of attorney and authorizations for employees not yet listed.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Select “Zusatzfunktionen im Commerzbank Firmenkundenportal” (Additional functions in the Commerzbank Corporate Banking Portal) and then “Admin Vollmachten- und Portalrechteverwaltung” (Admin-function to manage powers of attorney and permissions) to add a new employee.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

Assign the specific service categories required for the user.The permissions displayed include functions such as the creation and management of money market loans and guarantees, view and manage products in the finance overview, and permissions for EBICS or HBCI / FinTS required for electronic payment transactions.

Submit the request.Once the order is fully approved, the service team will set up the permission.
Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
