Overview
Societe Generale allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an authorised user. This is done through Global Cash, where an administrator can add a new user, choose which accounts they can access, and define their specific application rights, such as viewing statements or initiating orders.Bank terminology

After validation, the new user’s identifier and activation code will be displayed. Communicate these confidentially to the user if they need to activate Secure Access or the mobile app.

Navigate to
Right administration. In the application rights column for the new user, click None.Select the accounts that will be accessible to the user to initiate orders and view statements.You may also check Automatic access to new account if the user should automatically access future accounts added to the subscription. Select the services that will be accessible to the user, such as the

Select the order services the user has access to.If the user is authorised to input or upload orders, check the corresponding box and set the maximum amount they can input.To authorise the user to sign orders, check the corresponding box and set the maximum order amount they can approve. Choose whether they have a single signature (sole signing authority) or double signature (joint signing authority).

If your contract is set to double administration mode, all administrative actions must be validated by a second administrator.The second administrator must navigate to the
Validation of rights and access screen to validate the user creation and the assignment of application rights.Important notes
In double administration mode, any administrative action initiated by one administrator must be validated by another administrator to take effect.
