Overview

NexBank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a Sub-user. This is done through NexBank Business Online Banking, where you can set up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login. You can specify permissions and add another layer of security by requiring approvals for transactions.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to NexBank Business Online Banking.Navigate to the user administration section of the portal.
Click the button to add a new Sub-user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Specify permissions for the new Sub-user according to your company’s needs.
Review the setup and save the new Sub-user.

Important notes

Dual Control may be required for certain administrative changes and transaction approvals depending on your company’s security settings.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
