Overview

Morgan Stanley Online allows you to provide a third-party user, such as an accountant or attorney, access to see your account information and download relevant account documents. You can specify which accounts the third-party user can access. Third-party users typically have view-only access and cannot perform transactions like trading, transferring money, or paying bills.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Log in to Morgan Stanley Online and navigate to Services.Select Security Center.Navigate to Third Party Management and click Edit.
Click Add new user.Enter the required details, including the username and password, as prompted by the interface.
Select the specific account access permissions you wish to grant to this Third Party User.
Agree to the terms and conditions of the Third Party User Management Agreement to complete the setup.

Important notes

Third-party users typically have view-only access by default and may not be able to perform transactions like trading, transferring money, or paying bills.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
