Overview
Banco BPM allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an utente non firmatario. This is done through YouBusiness Web, where the primary user can add a new user with their own login credentials, choose which accounts they can access, and assign them to a specific group that defines what they are allowed to see and do. You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Select the option to create a new user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface, including assigning a password and associating a security device (“dispositivo di sicurezza”) to the user.

Assign the user to a “Gruppo” (Group). Banco BPM provides system groups such as “Amministratori”, “Addetti”, and “Operatori” which determine the user’s permissions.Select the appropriate group for the user’s required access level.

Enable the user to operate on the specific accounts (“rapporti”) connected to the workstation.
Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
