Overview

Banco BPM allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an utente non firmatario. This is done through YouBusiness Web, where the primary user can add a new user with their own login credentials, choose which accounts they can access, and assign them to a specific group that defines what they are allowed to see and do. You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to YouBusiness Web as the utente master. From the top navigation, go to: ConfiguraProfilatura UtentiCreazione utenti.
Select the option to create a new user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface, including assigning a password and associating a security device (“dispositivo di sicurezza”) to the user.
Assign the user to a “Gruppo” (Group). Banco BPM provides system groups such as “Amministratori”, “Addetti”, and “Operatori” which determine the user’s permissions.Select the appropriate group for the user’s required access level.
Enable the user to operate on the specific accounts (“rapporti”) connected to the workstation.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
To create a non-signatory user, the utente master must assign them to a “Gruppo” (Group) which defines their permissions. The utente master must also associate a “dispositivo di sicurezza” (security device/token) to the new user.
Non-signatory users can participate in the authorization process but cannot send payment flows alone; they require joint signature (“firma congiunta”) with at least one signatory user.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
