Overview

Julius Baer allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an additional e-Banking contract. Because Julius Baer operates as a private bank, adding a new user is typically a high-touch process that involves submitting physical forms rather than a fully self-service online flow.

Setup steps

1. Contact your Relationship Manager

Reach out to your Julius Baer Relationship Manager to request an additional e-Banking contract for the new user.
Your Relationship Manager will provide a physical or digital “Baer*Online e-banking user to be authorised” form.Enter the required details as prompted by the form.
Once the bank processes the application, the new user will receive their User ID and initial password. They can then activate their contract via the Julius Baer Mobile App or e-Banking portal.

Important notes

Julius Baer is a private bank and may require you to contact your Relationship Manager or fill out a physical “Baer*Online e-banking user to be authorised” form to add a delegated user. Online self-service user creation might not be fully available.
If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
