Overview
Coast Capital Savings allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a delegate. This is done through Coast Online Banking for Small Business, where you can set your employees up as authorized delegates and control their access privileges. You can create read-only delegates to view and check accounts or initiator delegates to create transactions for you to review and approve.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Select the appropriate access level for the delegate. Coast Capital Savings uses preset roles:
- Read-only: Allows the delegate to view and check accounts.
- Initiator: Allows the delegate to create transactions for you to review and approve.
Important notes
Your delegate will receive a temporary password through the contact method you specified. After logging in for the first time with that password, they will be prompted to set a new password.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
