Overview

The Central Trust Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User Profile. This is done through BusinessLink, where you can securely set up an additional user to access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to BusinessLink.From the top navigation, scroll over Administration and click on User Profiles.
Click the button to add a user (e.g., Add user).Enter the user’s details:

Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Set the user’s permissions and access limits as prompted by the interface.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
