Overview

First Foundation Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through Commercial Online, where you can add a new user, manage their services, and define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances or initiating payments.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Commercial Online.From the top navigation menu, select Administration, then navigate to Company Details and choose Actions to select Add User.
Enter the user’s details:

Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Under the Services section, select the checkboxes to add or remove services available to the user.Use the green briefcase icon to edit accounts for each service.
Under the Payments section, manage this user’s access to the following categories:
  • ACH
  • Wires
  • Account Transfers
  • Integrated Payables
  • Payee Maintenance
  • Import Maintenance
  • Stop Payments
  • Mobile Deposits
You can also add or limit user access controls, including types of transactions (Debits and/or Credits), payment file import options, ability to add payees, set template restrictions, transaction limits, approval requirements, ACH SEC codes, template maintenance capabilities, file import map maintenance, batch approval, ACH company settings, activity audit, account access, and wire FX.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Users who enter or approve Wires or ACH Originations, and Administrators, must use a security software option (Secure Browser, Mobile Token App, Desktop Token, or Mobile Banking App).
Transactions may require an additional approver. If so, a message will display indicating that approval is required by another user.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
