How to create and configure an authorized user in Treasury Banking Suite.

Overview

First Interstate Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Authorized User.

This is done through Treasury Banking Suite, where you can:

• add a new user to act on your behalf
• choose which accounts they can access
• define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances or initiating payments

You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Treasury Banking Suite.

Navigate to the user administration section to manage your profile and users.

2. Create user

Initiate the process to add a new user.

Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

3. Configure permissions

Assign the appropriate access capabilities for the Authorized User.

The above example corresponds to read only functionality. If you want to enable Waycore to draft transactions on the portal, you should enable payments, approvals, and limits correspondingly.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.

A Treasury Suite Authenticator security token may be required for certain actions within the Treasury Banking Suite.

Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
