Overview

First Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a user. This is done through Treasury Management, where you can add a new user, choose which accounts they can access, and set their permissions.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user creation

From the top navigation, go to: Admin > Create a User.
Enter the following details for the new user:

Select whether the new user is a Super User, Admin, or both. If the user doesn’t need these roles, you can manually enter their entitlements later.Click Save Changes.
On the Account Access tab, select the User Has Access check box beside the accounts that the user should see on their Account List page.If the user should have access to all accounts listed, select the check box immediately beneath the User Has Access column name.Click Save Changes.
On the IP Access tab, determine if the user should have unrestricted IP access, or enter the Available IP Addresses, then select Save Changes.On the Time Access tab, determine the days and hours the user is allowed to access Treasury Management, then select Save Changes.
On the Entitlements tabs, select the check box beside the entitlements to grant access to (e.g., ACH, Positive Pay, Reporting, Internal Transfer, Stop Payment, Integrated Services, and Wire).Click Save Changes.
On the User Limits tabs, enter the Product Daily Limit, Daily Initiation Limit/Total Daily Limit, and Approval Limit for ACH, Internal Transfer, and Wire.Click Save Changes.

Important notes

You must complete the authentication step (text message or automated phone call) in order to add other users to your Business Online Banking.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
