Overview
PlainsCapital Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Authorized User. This is done through Business Online Services, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials and define what they are allowed to see and do.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Click the
Create User function or button.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.3. Configure permissions

Assign the appropriate rights and Treasury Management Services for the Authorized User.Depending on the rights assigned to them, users will have access to balance reporting, account history information, and different Treasury Management Services for which the Customer is enrolled.
Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
