Overview

Shinhan Bank Canada allows you to manage your business account users and register approval lines through the Corporate Accounts Setting and User Management features in Online Banking. This allows you to delegate access to other users while maintaining control over transaction limits and approval workflows.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Shinhan Bank Canada Online Banking.Navigate to the Corporate Accounts Setting and User Management section.
Click the button to add a new user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Set the user’s information and transaction limit for each account.Register the user in the approval line according to your business transaction approval process.

Important notes

Anytime a user initiates a transaction, it requires the user’s security card number or mobile OTP to confirm the transaction is genuine.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
